The Creative Stylus 2 comes with a solid carrying case, which stores the charging cable and spare nib as well as the stylus itself.
Wacom claims the Intuos Creative Stylus 2's battery lasts up to 26 hours between charges. At the very top of the stylus is a removable, but still attached, rubber cover that hides a micro USB port, used for charging with the included cable.

Just above the rocker button is a tiny blue notification LED that indicates power and Bluetooth connection status. Many other styli have shortcut buttons that don't offer enough resistance, therefore triggering actions when you don't want them and interrupting your work flow. I was pleased to find the shortcut buttons are tough to accidentally press, but still accessible for enabling shortcuts. The rocker acts as two buttons for feature shortcuts, such as Undo and Erase. You'll find the rectangular rocker button inlaid into the grip. At 0.7 ounces, it's exactly the same weight as Adonit's Jot Touch ($109.97 at Amazon), but the Adonit is a bit top-heavy compared with the Wacom, which feels more balanced and adds to its comfort. The top half of the stylus is made of a dark gray-colored plastic, while the bottom half is a slightly rubberized black plastic, with a chrome ring towards the tip to accent the design. It tapers down to about a 0.8-inch diameter at the grip, which makes it very comfortable to use.
